The CLT Life presents LoSo Walk.
Okay Charlotteans, you’ve heard of NoDa and MoRa, but do you know about LoSo?
Every Charlotte neighborhood seems to be getting catchy name these days. LoSo is short for “Lower South End.” If you’ve ever been to Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, you’ve been to LoSo.
Now that we’re on the same page, I recently visited LoSo’s newest townhome community, LoSo Walk, and spoke with Chelsea Ludeke to learn about the 87 townhome community.
LoSo Walk is a brand new project by Dan Ryan Builders. Site prep is mostly complete and construction will begin soon, but home sales have already started.
LoSo Walk’s properties will all feature one-car attached garages with primary living on the second level, three bedrooms on the third level, and a fourth story loft and terrace looking towards Uptown Charlotte.
The townhomes promise to be beautiful, but the location is the real selling point here. Walk to local bars, restaurants and light rail stations from your home.
Currently, the properties are drawing lots of interest from investors looking for rental income, first time home owners who work and play in the city, and those looking for a pied a terre for use after a night out in the city.
It’s the perfect weekend location for PSL owners during Carolina Panthers season!
Jimmy Grappone is a local Realtor with Costello Real Estate and Investments. When he’s not selling homes for The CLT Life Home Team, exploring Charlotte and creating content for The CLT Life, you can usually find him at home quarantining with his wife, Lauren, and their fur baby, Jack.
